What happends if one accept a challenge (and there is a panelty set for declining) but never plays?
I guess nothing happends?
In that case it would be nice with setting of max numbers of unplayed games ...or just have it set to same number as pending challenges.

You are right. Nothing technically happens. But, it is still consider a pending challenge and acts like a pending challenge.
Also, just so you know, the ladder administrator can delete a pending challenge at any time.

What does that mean? Whats there except maximum number pending challanges and autodecline? (...and both these are not activated, I think we just agreed?)

I guess what I meant is it still counts towards a player's pending challenges, but it will not be autodeclined since it was already accepted.

It's not correct. An accepted challange is no more pending. You should know:-)
