We are currently using the leap frog plus system on our current ladder and after this is done, I am thinking of using the True Rank system. I does mention that after enough matches are played the better players will rise to the top. How many is enough matches are played (assume 15-20 players). Is there anybody out there using it? Any feedback? Thanks.

Plenty of ladders are using it. I would say there should be at least 3-5 matches played per player before it is completely accurate.
