2. The ladder is open to the following players:
Playing Level: 3.0 to 6.0
Singles/Doubles: Doubles

4. This ladder will begin December 01, 2009 and end April 30, 2010.
5. The following prizes will be awarded at the end of the ladder.
Top 2 points leaders at the end of each month, will receive a SunTennis gift certificate for $25, which among other things, can be used for future ladder matches!
6. The following system will be used to compute a player's position on the ladder.
39 Point System: If the lower ranked team (based on average points) wins the match, then the lower ranked team will each acquire the average amount of points the losing team has, plus an additional 39 points minus the number of games the loser team won. The losing players receive 1 point for every game they win.
If the higher ranked team wins the match, the higher ranked players will receive an additional 17 points minus the number of games the loser won, and the losing players will each receive 1 point for every game they wins.
Conceivably, the losers may earn 19 points each by losing a three set match in tiebreakers (7-6, 6-7, 7-6), and the winner could win 39 points by winning 6-0, 6-0.

7. Matches will be decided by the winner of two out of three sets using standard scoring. All sets that reach a score of six games for each player will be decided by standard 7-point tiebreakers (first player to win seven points with a two-point advantage).
8. After the match, the winner will submit the score.
