A player will not be able to play another player if they have played them within this number of past matches. For example, if your last 2 matches were against Bob then John, and this number was set to 2, then you would not be able to play either player, since they were played within the last 2 matches. Use "Max" if you want a round robin format. This insures everyone plays everyone.
