I agree with Roger W that it would be nice to somehow display the rank of those who haven't yet played befow the rank of those who have already played and lost.
Something still isn't quite making sense to me, though. If I look at the following matches on our newly calculated ladder, I see the following:
Tyler / Richard 5 1466 / 733 1526 / 845
Daniel / Shelley 3 1851 / 1663 1802 / 1467
Rob / Ted 6 1500 / 1500 1900 / 1900
Daniel / Deb 0 1500 / 1500 1100 / 1100
In the top match, a significantly weaker team beat a stronger team, and their points moved what to me seem to be a reasonable amount. In the lower match, two evenly matched teams played and the winner gained an extraordinary number of points.
Seems to me that a weaker team winning a match should be rewarded more than an evenly matched team winning a match.
