Tennis Ladder Description
All ladder champions at each level and each season will proceed to the MITB National Championship. At the National Championship, players matches will be recorded, have line judges and ball kids to make your tennis experience more real like the pros.

Tennis Ladder Rules
1. The ladder is located in:
Country: United States
State: Indiana
City: Indianapolis

2. The ladder is open to the following players:
Playing Level: 4.50 to 5.00
Match Format: Singles
Gender: Female

3. This ladder will begin August 01, 2021 and end October 31, 2021.

4. Players have 7 days to accept or decline a challenge before it is automatically declined.

5. Players will not be penalized for declining challenges.

6. Players have 14 days to play an accepted challenge before it expires and the following occurs:
The challenged team automatically declines the challenge.

7. Players will not be penalized for not playing matches.

8. Forfeits will not be treated like a lost match, and will have no affect on rankings or points.

9. Any of the following match formats can be used:

Best of 3 Sets: Best of 3 sets is first to win 2 sets. Each set is first to win 6 or more games with a margin of 2 games. A tie-breaker is played if each team has won 6 games.

Example scores: 6-3, 5-7, 6-4 or 6-4, 7-6

10. The following system will be used to compute a player's position on the ladder.

Win/Loss Percentage: This system awards point by a win/loss record of matches or games played. For example, for match win/loss, if you have won 2 out of 4 of your matches, you would have 50.04 points. Where 50.04 represents 50% win/loss percentage and 50.04 represents the number of matches played. This system ensure that players who have played more matches, would have a better ranking than players with the same win loss record but with less matches played.

This ladder uses the win/loss record of matches played.
11. After the match, the winner will submit the score.

12. All ladder members should maintain current contact information. If you change phone numbers or e-mail addresses, you must update your profile so other member can contact you and you will receive email notifications.
