About: This is a mixed doubles... ladder for tennis enthusiasts in the Howard County Md. vicinity.
Players should be around the 2.5 - 3.5 rating level; however, this is just a guide.
Players do not need a rating in order to participate. You do not need to be a member of USTA to play on this ladder.
Ages can vary between 14-99 years of age.
Players may have up to 2 different partners if they so choose. This in effect would create 2 separate teams.
The only requirement, in order to record scores, is that all 4 players are registered on the ladder.
Players need to be registered in order to submit scores and communicate with other players via the website.

Fee: This is a free ladder.
Match Format: Format can be quite flexible.
Players can choose to play the best of 3 full three sets; 2 sets with 3rd set tiebreaker; or a pro set of 8 or 10 games.
It can be ad or no-add scoring. All players should agree on the format and any tiebreak procedures, if needed, before they play.
Points and Ranking: Ranking on this ladder is based on a leap frog type system.
If a lower ranked team beats a higher ranked team, then that team takes the place of the higher ranked team and all lower ranked teams move down 1 position.
Any registered player can submit scores.
Challenges: Challenges may be made using the ladder website or Players can contact the other players by email, text, or phone to schedule a match.
