I recommend to all players when sending a challenge to write in the message your email address and phone number. The Google doc is regularly updated and available upon request as a workaround. I will include it all future email communication to ladder players.

There is no way to submit a tied score. Either flip a coin or replay the match.

You can't extend but once you reach the deadline the match just drops off and then you can always just re challenge, accept and plan again.

I have a similar question; what if my opponent cannot play (traveling for the summer) after they accepted a challenge? Can I withdraw it as opposed to wait the two weeks for it to expire?

You can't withdraw yourself but in this case (opponent travelling) you can dm me and I can remove it.

Hi John, the same has come up for me. Opponent can no longer played an accepted challenge. Could you help remove it? cant seem to dm without premium
