Hi All,
Hoping you all are having some fun with the ladders. I noticed that sometimes challenges are unanswered or expire (this automatically happens after 2 weeks if no score was recorded).
Just to clarify, when challenging, the system asks to provide suggested times for the match. However, these are not in any way enforced. I suggest to schedule the match outside of the system via text/email/phone. Once a match is completed just submit the score on the web page.
You can even play a spontaneous ladder match without ever challenging your opponent in the system. Just submit the score.
