Ascot Vale Next Gen Round Robin

The Round Robin forms part of our Next Gen Ladder Match System, where players compete against different opponents and earn results that contribute towards their position on the Next Gen Ladder.

Held every weekend, the program bridges the gap between coaching and competition by allowing players to put their technical, tactical and mental skills into practice in a supportive competitive environment.

Players will have the opportunity to:

Gain regular and meaningful match-play experience
Compete against players of similar and different playing levels
Learn scoring, positioning, tactics and match management
Develop confidence, resilience and independent decision-making
Challenge other players and progress through the Next Gen Ladder
Prepare for tournaments and higher levels of junior competition
Track their development through regular competitive matches

The emphasis is on development through competition. Winning is encouraged, but the primary goal is to create confident players who understand how to compete, problem-solve and perform independently on court.
