Personalized Physical-Technical and Tactical-Mental High-Performance Trennis Training

Located in Palo Alto, professional coaches deliver a holistic program to help players move to their next level. Made by former profesional and college players with over 25 years of combined playing and coaching experience. With players and coaches coming from Nalbandian Tennis Academy, Mouratoglou Training Resort, Inez Gorrochategui Tennis Academy, and Sanchez-Casal Boarding School.

We are committed to holistically improve our players. We welcome all ages and levels to participate in:

• Tennis clinics: Twelve-week bi-weekly 1 hour 30 minutes group (max. 4-6) lesson. 

• Group classes: Twelve-week weekly 1 hour group (max. 4) lesson. 

• Semi-private: Twelve-week weekly 1 hour group (2) lesson.

• One-on-one lessons: 12-22 lessons pacakge bi-weekly 1 hour personalized lesson. 

We schedule a twelve-week High-Performance Trainning and Youth Develoment Program for young beginners and intermediate players. Similarly, we schedule weekly 1'30'' small group lessons with adults. Our coaching focus on improving technique/mechanics, fitness/athleticism, strategy/tactics, and competitive experince. Based on age and level, we use green, yellow/red, or green balls. Warm-ups, skill-development, and game/competitions activities will vary as focus on developing technique, fitness, and strategies/tactics.  

Sweet Spotters Tennis Coaches have led groups and individuals throughout a variety of programs and activities since Fall 2021. We have been praise for maintaining a personalized-style group lesson of 1:4 Coach to Player ratio. Our pro coaches ensure every player has a constructive and reflective experience in a safe and fun atmosphere.
