- Basics – Review Grips, Ready Position, Anticipation, Shot Recognition, Ball Tracking, Footwork/Positioning, Spacing, Stroke Mechanics/Swing Path, Follow-Thru
- Forehand – Grip, Top-Spin, Under-Spin, Strike-Zone
- Backhand – Grip, Top-Spin, Under-Spin, Stike-Zone, One-Handed vs Two-Handed
- Court Movement – Court Coverage, Foot Movements, Balance, Agility/Flexibility, Speed/Quickness, Body Movements, Weight Shifting, Fluidity, Maintaining the Base
- Serve – Grip, Service Ritual, Feet Position, Service Toss, Swing Path, Flat-Serve, Kick/Top-Spin Serve, Slice Serve
- Net Play/Volley – Grip, Forehand/Backhand Volley, Positioning, Stepping Into the Ball, Contact in Front
- Specialty Shots – Overhead, Drop Shot, Hitting Out of the Air, Hitting High Balls to FH/BH
- Approach Shots – When to Approach, Where to Place your Shot, Strategy and Use
- Shot Consistency – Reproduction of Shots (FH/BH, Serves, Overheads, Volley’s, Approaches, Half-Volley’s)
- Strategy – Assessing your Opponent, Cross-Court, Up and Back, Strengths/Weaknesses
