I'm a former junior player who continues to practise/play with high level competitors
I have +20 years of experience playing tennis and a sound technical knowledge due to my background in Engineering.
I'm currently taking a tennis instructor certificate by the Portuguese Tennis Federation.

I take a holistic approach to teaching where I address fundamental mobility/movement/coordination aspects before tennis technique/patterns. Besides this I have a lot of experience in learning new skills in many different areas, which translates in a deep understanding of its struggles and challenges. Hence I developed methods to tackle and separate skills in a modular approach. Under my supervision you will progressively but surely improve, not only your tennis, but also your generic athletic potential.
