Congratulations to the winner of the 2016 CATA Fall Singles Ladder - Corky Beres!

The objective of this ladder was to increase the amount of singles played. Jimmy Cleveland finished second with over 30 match sets and Corky Beres played far more than any player with over 50 match sets played. These two would have also finished at the top if we awarded a sportsmanship award.  Thank you to Jimmy and Corky for the enthusiasm and sportsmanship you showed throughout the season!

Corky Beres takes the title again

Congratulations to Corky Beres for winning the CATA Fall Singles Ladder again in 2017. Corky played 64 matches from September through December to finish first for the second year in a row. Lance Latham took home the second place trophy with 45 matches played, followed by Braxton Bonner with 33 and Earl Fowler with 32. Thank you to all that participated to make it a great season!

The Fall 2018 ladder will kick off September 1 and run through December. We look forward to to another outstanding season of the CATA Singles Ladder!

I realize it's a long shot, but I would really like to find a hitting/practice partner for a couple of hours on the weekends (primarily for Sundays as of now.) I live in Tallassee and we have a lighted public court, or I could easily meet in Wetumpka at the high school court, or in Redland at Sonshine Park. I'm a rapidly improving 2.5 player, and I could really use a good hitting partner to help boost my confidence level. I can provide balls and water/gatorade. Anyone interested comment here for contact info.
