Sparta Area Tennis Ladder League

This ladder league is created to promote tennis in the greater Sparta area

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned, understand that participating in a tennis competition involves physical activity and the inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to: trips, falls, collisions with other players or equipment, heat exhaustion, and cardiovascular stress. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge [Your Name/Organization Name], its volunteers, officials, and the owners of the premises where the event is held from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in this event. In the event of an injury, I authorize the organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so, and I agree to be responsible for any costs incurred.
