I have been adding more and more features to our "events" tool. Events are a great way to organize play sessions, and attract a group of players to meet at a specific place and time.
Here are some of the features...
- Minimum and maximum players
- Auto cancel if minimum players is not met
- Required playing levels
- Specify the gender
- Determine allowed guests per member
- Determine when members can sign up
- Repeat the event up to a year
- Check-in to the event
- Waiting lists
- Take online payments
- Send invitations
- Determine who can see your event

Hi, I live in Orlando, FL and will soon be in Shelbyville, KY. I'd like to know how many tennis courts there are at the Clear Creek park. Sometimes the website says "tennis court," and when I get there, they're actually pickleball courts.
Great features, thanks Trevor! I have one more feature request based on the structure I've created for League events: The ability for players from Box 1 (Regular attendees) to multi-select players to contact from Box 2 (Subs). Right now I have them posting a message that they are looking for a sub when they are not coming, but that doesn't trigger an automatic message to the Box 2 Subs that someone is looking. They have to go look at the discussion for each event to see if someone is looking for a sub. That would be a huge time saver :)
If you may bring “activities “ at the top of the list it will make it more convenient. A player rarely needs to see their profile and location. Showing them as first 2 options makes the user scroll down instead to get to activities.

Thanks for your reply and offer. Perhaps one day over the long weekend coming up would work out. I have played in Bay at both the courts in Bradley Park and those next to the courthouse. Either location is fine with me. I could play early afternoon on Saturday orr later in the day Sunday say 3pm Monday is totally open 8 am on.

I am new to global tennis and saw your post from awhile back. I reside in Avon with about a 3.0 rating on USTA scale. I am very familiar with courts at AL high school have played there several times. Practice time fine with me. I can usually play weekdays starting early evening and weekends too.
